Fees

As a club, we try our very best to keep fees as low as possible. Here are the latest 2025 fees (they include SAHA registration fees):

* Students (u25): Please submit a copy of your student card or your ID to the treasurer.  You must be studying full time. If you are not a scholar but are 24 years of age or younger on 1 January 2025, then you qualify for for the Student/u25 rate.

Important payment dates:

• 10 April 2025: Registration fee of R1550 is due.  This is the initial portion of your subs, not extra.
• 30 June 2025: Subscription fees:  are due in full. We have a “no pay no play” policy and you will forfeit your playing rights if you pay late. This will be strictly enforced.
• Please note: These fees include the SAHA registration fees. WPHU has instructed all clubs to collect SAHA fees as part of subscriptions. If you have already registered with SAHA online, please contact the Treasurer with proof of payment.

If you think you will have a problem paying your subs, please contact the treasurer at treasurer@pinelandshockey.co.za. Invoice: If you require one, please request one from the treasurer.

Our junior fees include one training session per week, matches in the Western Province Hockey Union leagues and SAHA registration fees. If players want to participate in the Sunday Skills Sessions also, they will receive a 50% discount for the skills sessions.

For all Fee related payments, please use the following format so we can correctly allocate you payment. SUBS Full Name. (ie if your name is “John Smith” then reference will be “SUBS John Smith”)
